1 FLEET MANAGER with GPS SYSTEM salary is negotiable
Job Description
1- Holding management or Engineering Certificate from well reputed university.
2- Has Long experience in fleet management with one or more reputed company(s).
3- Scheduling and planning vehicles work to reach the maximum satisfaction of our clients.
4- Establishing strategic plan for each client accordingly with the development of the company and
its expected new clients with coordination of executive manager.
5- Remove or minimize the risks associated with vehicle investment.
6- Reducing the expenses of the vehicles by establishing system to analyze and follow up each
driver expenses.
7- Follow up the movement of vehicles inside and outside the company and prepare maintenance
truck report for both types of maintenance, i.e., inside the company (Workshop) and on-road.
8- Timely replacement of vehicles: Manage the process that requires the ability to predict vehicle
lifecycles based on costing information, utilization, and vehicle age. With coordination of finance
manager to prepare fund requirements.
9- Follow up driver bonuses according the company policy.
10- Call for regular meetings for the drivers (Warnings, advices, suggestions, ..etc.)
11- Drawing plan for the road (The track) to reduce time and cost factors.
12- Follow up vehicles after their arrival to the company, e.g., cleaning, maintenance card, timing,
etc. And prepare related reports.
13- 24 hours readiness for any emergency work.
